The Indian veteran business man Ratan Tata has passed away at the age of 86.

The veteran Indian business guru and former Tata Group chairman Ratan Tata passed away at a Mumbai hospital late Wednesday night. The chairman emeritus of the Tata Group was 86 years old.
Mr. Tata was admitted in Breach Candy Hospital at south Mumbai to manage his aging related and blood pressure, beginning his hospitalization on Monday, October 7, 2024.


In an explanation with respect to Tata’s passing, His son Natarajan Chandrasekaran, the ongoing chairman of Tata , said, ” for the whole Tata family I give our sincere sympathies to his friends and family. His inheritance will keep on moving us as we work together to maintain the standards he enthusiastically advocated.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi communicated his condolences, honouring Mr. Tata as a visionary business leader, a kind-hearted soul, and an extraordinary human being. The Congress party also given a statement, expressing that the great leader and profound sorrow over the passing of “Padma Vibhushan Shri Ratan Tata”, referring to him as a titan of Indian industry and a philanthropist who played a pivotal role in shaping India’s corporate landscape.

He was a licensed pilot known for his quiet demeanor, modesty, and love for animals. “My love for dogs as pets is ever strong and will continue for as long as I live,” the industrialist, who never married, stated in a 2021 interview.
