The Kashmir Files is an Indian Film, shot in Hindi Language and was released in whole India. This drama is written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri and produced by Zee Studios. However, the fictional storyline condolences the griverences of the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits. The film was theatrically released in India on 11 March 2022 and internationally on 24 March 2022.

Plot :
The plot fluctuated between the late 1989-90’s and the 2020’s.
In the 1989-1990 era:
Above all, Islamic militants banished Kashmiri Pandits from the Kashmir Valley using the slogans; Raliv Galiv ya Chaliv (“convert (to Islam), leave or die”) and Mustafa Batte Safa (“with god’s grace whole Kashmiri Pandit community will leave valley”).
In addition, the Militants forcing the staff to not to treat the non-Muslims and the hospitals were sieged. People were shot dead or tortured if they revolted.
Moreover, the refugee Kashmiri Pandits eloped and settled in the Jammu valleys is hoarse conditions and scarce resources. The new Governor requests the Home Minister to visit the Jammu Camps. Therefore, they demand for the demolition of the Article 370 which revolved around the resettlement of the Kashmiri Pandits.
Similarly, graves were of large number of people in the crowd. The genocide was turning out to be a massive one.
In the 2020 Era:
Most importantly, the JNU or the Jawaharlal Nehru University elections were up. The winning candidate holds the Government Of India responsible for the conditions of the Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir. After that, he then travels to Kashmir and explores and shoots it. However, he returns back and gives a speech in front on a roaring crowd. After that, some rationalised his efforts and a few applauded.
Box Office Collection :
Firstly, The Kashmir Files opened to box office with an earnings of ₹35.5 million, ₹85 million and ₹151 million in India respectively on its first three days, taking its opening weekend collection to ₹271.5 million and an estimated ₹50 million in India and overseas respectively. After that, the response from the first two days, the screens were increased to 2,000 on 13 March 2021. However, with a collections growth of 323% on its first Monday compared to the release day, the film broke the record for the highest increase in collections for an Indian film on its first Monday. Moreover, at the end of the first week, the film earned ₹973 million at the Indian box office. Most importantly, after the response from the first week the screens were increased to 4,000.
In conclusion, the film emerged as a box-office success within its first two days of release. As of 22 March 2022, the film grossed ₹2,663.1 million in India and ₹279.4 million overseas, for a worldwide gross collection of ₹2,542.5 million.
