She was fond of filming and locations too. Unfortunately, she died at the age of 50 in May 2019 due to cancer.
Yellowstone’s season finale which was aired on August 28, 2019 was so heartfelt by the viewers. It not only portrayed a great ending but also gave a tribute to Melanie Olmstead. She possessed deep love for animals and so Yellowstone close to her heart as it involved animals. It was a dream come true for her while working with the cast and crew of The Yellowstone.
