Christian Marry Evert popularly known as Chris Evert Lloyd is Formerly an American world Number 1 Tennis Player. She has won staggering 18 Grand Slam singles championships and doubles titles. She was also at the time 7 times year-end world number 1 singles player champion. Overall she had won 157 singles and 32 doubles events. If this is not enough she had reached the finals of the Grand Slam 34 times making her the only player to reach this milestone even to date. Chris Avert Showing Off Engagement Ring To Oprah Winfrey
On Tuesday’s show Avert showed a diamond ring on her left ring finger to Oprah and by this Oprah gets really impressed. The show host demanded saying “Let’s see the rock” as she was talking about her close friendship with the fellow net star Martina Navratilova.
Then After that, Chris flashed the ring on her left ring finger to Oprah saying “it’s pretty, It’s not Gaudy, It’s Beautiful”. She is been engaged to Pro Golfer Greg Norman.
Oprah replied”It’s Big, It’s Not too big for your finger” Then Evert says”I have little hands”. No wedding date was announced but both have splitter from their spouses previous year. Evert splitter from 18 years of marriage and Norman splitter 25 years hence.
Later Oprah asked are you ready to be married again? Evert replied at our age above 50 you are not like 18 it’s enough we have lived to understand this. They both have prepared to join forces to add a tennis component to his 60 to 100 golf courses.
Chris Evert Personal Life
Evert was born in Fort Lauderdale in Florida to Collete and Jimmy Evert and raised in the Devout Catholic family. She is also a 1973 graduate of st Thomas Aquinas high school.
Her father Jimmy was a professional tennis coach and tennis was a way of life for her family and that’s how she was able to come up to a point to play internationally. Her brothers and sisters have also played in tennis scholarships.
